Welcome to my new real estate blog. The purpose of this forum will initially be to gather information for "you" the perspective buyer and seller of Boston real estate.

One intent of mine will be to educate you on the various real estate projects throughout the great city of Boston whether they're new in the case of the Intercontinental Residences or established in the case of the Ritz-Carlton Residences. I will do that by linking the project information to one location (in the left-hand column). This will become "the" blog to check when looking for future purchases. My hope is that you will come to me for more information on these projects.

Another intent will be to discuss various real estate issues and topics as they come up, whether they're related to questions a buyer might have or issues a seller might face.

Still another direction might be to discuss the current state of the market; a hot topic these days. To that end, don't believe everything you read. The market, particularly in Boston, is not that dire as some authors might lead you to believe.

In any case, this Blog will be real estate driven with perhaps a detour here and there to discuss other subjects as I see fit...
